1. Arena Rent per day - $300

Rent must be paid in advance before a date will be reserved for you.
Your requested date will be penciled in to allow you 5 days to get payment and proof of insurance into our hands.

We would like to have a separate check for this, if possible, to expedite your refund.

3. Grounds Rent per day - $75

4. Tractor Rent per day - $100

A PCYRA member will be provided to drive the tractor.

5. Electricity Use for Non-Profit Organizations - $100 per day.

Only Polk County non-profit youth organizations will be considered.

6. Use of Concession Stand dealt with on an individual basis.

Only Polk County Non-Profit Organizations will be considered.
A PCYRA member must be present on the premises at all times.

7. Arena Rental for trailriders will be $400 -

to cover cost of electrical hookups.

8. Electrical hookups will be $25 per night.

These will be dealt with on an individual baisi.
